Mother of Health Store Policies
Welcome to Mother of Health! Store policies are listed for your information and to assist you in shopping. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please email us at Contact or phone at 800-265-4213 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm PST. If you should reach our answering maching, don't fret, we check it often and will get back to you promptly. (Tip! Emailing is sometimes faster)
Shipping Policy
Orders over $100 ship for FREE.
Orders placed before 11 AM PST, Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST, will ship the following day due to UPS pick up times. We process and ship Monday-Friday. Mother of Health is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.
Mother of Health ships only to street addresses in the 48 states within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or to international destinations. We ship UPS Ground and UP Postal Service.
Returns/Refund Policy
We aim to please. Therefore, we know you will be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you would like to return or exchange your product, please read below for details.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return all non-food items for an exchange, or refund, as long as you return it within 30 days from the order date and the product is in PERFECT condition.
There are no returns on food items unless the product is damaged or defective. If you have a damaged or defective product, please contact us for a Return Authorization number. (RA#)
A refund or credit for the cost of unopened merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee will be issued when merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by Mother of Health.
Mother of Health must be notified by email @ Contact or telephone 800-265-4213 within 48 hours of you receiving your purchase of any shipping damage. If the case that you want to return the item, we will provide you with a RA#.
Write the RA# on the outside of the box in clear visible letters and/or numbers. We do no accept parcels that do not carry a RA# on the outside of the box.
We accept returns by UPS ONLY. Failure to ship your return by UPS will result in lengthy delays or denial in processing your return.
Products are free of damage when an order is shipped. Although we pack very carefully, damages may occur in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours if you should recieve a damaged or broken product. Make sure to save all contents, including packaging for UPS to investigage. MOH will then submit a claim to the carrier for investigation. The investigation may take up to two weeks to complete. (UPS policy and proceedures) Replacement items will not be shipped until the claim has been resolved.
Your return has 30 days from the date that we shipped your purchase to you to arrive at our shipping warehouse location.
