Our Neti pot salt is 99.99% pure salt with no added ingredients or additives.  There are no anti-caking agents and it is non-iodized. 

Use 1/4 to 1/2 level teaspoon depending on the size of your neti pot.  The neti pot we sell uses approximately 1/4 teaspoon.  (Everyone has to find the 'right' amount of salt for their unique body.)  We include a 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon.
