Our hand-crafted Kapha abhyanga oil is a vivifying, detoxifying, warming blend to stimulate the sites of accumulation or stagnation in the slower moving energies of the fluid and connective systems in order to balance Kapha constitutions or imbalances. (Those who tend to be cool blooded, oversleep, experience lethargy, heaviness, or are prone to congestion in the chest area.)

Kapha abhya oil blend is also a good general oil to use in the spring. (Kapha time of year)

The effects are centering, detoxifying, invigorating and warming.

It's always best to warm the amount of oil needed fro each self-massage. The oil is absorbed better by the body if it is warm.
