A delicious blend of red lentils, split mung beans and the perfect spices to create a healthy, hearty pot of soup. Both Red lentils and split mung beans are tridoshic and easy to digest. Also they are a good source of iron and so a good blood builder and liver cleanser. We love this soup with a pinch of crumbled dried fenugreek leaves on top.
This soup is good anytime, but especially beneficial if digestion is delicate. Delicious with naan!
